Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing invoices.
• Reconciling billing discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate records in support of overall financial operations.
• Collaborate with Collections Specialists on the status of outstanding invoices.
• Perform general accounting and administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of billing-specific experience.
• Experience with integrated accounting systems (e.g., Acumatica, NetSuite, Sage); more than just QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable and expense reporting processes.
• Proficiency in posting journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
