Job Purpose & Scope
To provide administrative and clerical support and facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Essential Job Functions
+ Provides administrative and clerical support to the team.
+ Ensures internal and external customers receive exceptional service at all times.
+ Coordinates internal/external meetings.
+ Sorts departmental mail.
+ Types and mails correspondence.
+ Prepares and/or reviews of various departmental reports.
+ Provides agenda preparation, recordkeeping and document management to various interdepartmental meeting.
+ Facilitates approval processes for supplies, equipment and administrative needs.
+ Performs general departmental filing.
+ Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
+ Follows all Bank policy, practice, and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
+ Knowledge of invoicing, cost coding and general accounting.
+ Skill in using computer, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
+ Ability to provide excellent customer service.
+ Ability to adapt well to change and under pressure to meet deadlines.
+ Ability to demonstrate organizational and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Ability to respond to requests for service or assistance.
+ Ability to accept feedback from others.
+ Ability to look for ways to improve and promote quality.
+ Ability to demonstrate effective time management.

Basic Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent, required.
+ 1+ year of prior administrative experience, required.
+ 6+ months of banking experience, preferred.
