We're searching for an Advanced Quality Control Inspector to uphold our uncompromising quality standards.

In partnership with a knowledgeable Inspection Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Working Hours

• First Shift : Operate on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
• Optional Overtime : Set aside Fridays from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM for additional pay and an early weekend!

Core Responsibilities:

Inspection Excellence:

• Perform comprehensive inspections—first article to final—matching specifications with precision tools like CMMs.
• Highlight and correct conforming irregularities.

Report & Document Creation:

• Maintain inspection records with precision and clarity.
• Create detailed reports for each production batch, with issue identification.
• Work alongside the Quality Assurance department to maintain rigorous standards.

Equipment Oversight:

• Ensure thorough calibration and maintenance of inspection devices.
• Maintain calibration schedules for all measurement tools.

Innovation and Process Development:

• Contribute to initiatives boosting process efficiency while minimizing defects.
• Offer valuable feedback on design or manufacturing tweaks from inspection insights.

This position is at the forefront of guaranteeing our machine shop's impeccable quality standards.

Candidate Criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent; supplementary training in mechanics or machining is desirable.
• Mandatory experience with AS9100 & ISO 9001.
• Minimum of one year in a mechanical or quality inspection role within CNC environments.
• Competency in reading and interpreting technical documents.
• Proficiency with precision tools and inspection techniques.
• Keen attention to detail for quality assurance.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with autonomous productivity.
• Effective communication with cross-team engagement.
