Responsibilities: - Operate and perform routine maintenance on analytical laboratory equipment.
- Maintain and update analytical methods and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate efficiently and effectively with Henkel teams on major projects.
- Prepare high-quality customer reports and manage project portfolios.
- Interface with customers through professional communication, including correspondence and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, including safety, housekeeping, and quality protocols.
- Maintain digital systems and software, including Microsoft Office, LIMS, and statistical analysis tools.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry; prior laboratory experience preferred.
- Experience working in an analytical laboratory is highly desirable.
- Proficient in wet chemistry techniques such as titration, filtration, dilution, extraction, and gravimetric determinations.
- Familiarity with analytical instrumentation including GC-FID, ICP, IC, SEM/EDS, and FTIR is preferred.
- Experience using pH meters and specific ion electrode meters.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong mathematical and chemical computation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
