Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is crucial for the financial health of our organization and requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Duties
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
* Process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Prepare and maintain journal entries, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
* Utilize QuickBooks bookkeeping tasks, ensuring efficient tracking of financial activities.
Skills
* Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable management.
* Strong knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
