In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, helping define, design, and deliver improvements within a fast-paced aerospace environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead requirements gathering for medium-complexity projects using the **ApacheOfBiz Platform** + Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications + Manage requirements considering regulatory, business, and technical needs + Collaborate with Accounting, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to design solutions + Assist in system issue analysis, reporting, and problem resolution + Develop project plans and manage timelines + Analyze business processes, workflows, and data flows + Participate in process re-engineering and documentation efforts + Design and execute test plans and scenarios + Conduct structured walkthroughs and facilitate end-user training + Support change management and compliance procedures **Required Qualifications** + **Bachelor's degree** in Information Technology or a related field + **2 - 5 years of IT/business analysis experience** + Strong understanding of **accounting principles** and **supply chain processes** + Experience in **business process analysis and design** + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Strong organizational and time management abilities + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
