As our Document Scanning Specialist, you'll be the unsung hero behind the scenes, making sure our clients' documents are scanned, sealed, and delivered with superhero precision. No cape required, but a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are a must!

What you'll be doing:

• Scan documents like a boss using our cutting-edge document scanning software.
• Keep those scanners in check - troubleshoot issues, like paper jams and missed staples.
• Be the guardian of image quality - review digital images for clarity and precision.
• Implement minor job change setups in the imaging software to ensure accuracy when scanning each client's documents.
• Use knowledge of the project requirements to accurately scan.
• Exercise strong familiarity of due dates and production time of each job.

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or GED - check!
• Ability to lift 10-15 pounds - no need for a gym membership!
• Willingness to sit for long periods of time
• Comfortable with computers and the Google suite - show us your digital prowess!
• Friendly personality and positive outlook - because scanning should be fun, right?
• Strong sense of personal accountability
• Attention to detail - we don't miss a beat!
