The ideal candidate will have strong techno functional abilities and hands on experience in data modeling reporting dashboard development and meaningful metrics. Skilled in examining various commercial datasets and ensuring accurate data validation and transformation for business decision making. **Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (Onsite)** Please note that position is ONSITE in Thousand Oaks, CA. and you should be able to go Onsite or willing to relocate. **Roles and Responsibilities** + Capture clean and analyze large datasets related to pharmaceutical sales market access patient data and promotional activities + Proficient in identifying relevant metrics and producing reports that offer insights to improve sales, marketing, and commercial operations + Knowledge of 2 or more data sources such as IQVIA MIDAS IQVIA Xponent IQVIA Plantrak IQVIA LADAPLD Calls Events Sample CRM data Claims Legacy Data like EMRHER + Apply statistical techniques and data modeling to identify trends and correlations in commercial data. + Support marketing and sales teams with data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies. + Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations + Collaborate with IT business intelligence and commercial teams to ensure data accuracy and availability. + Build documents such as business requirements functional requirements business rules analytics plans quality checklists etc. **Qualifications** + Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Business Analytics Life Sciences or a related field. + 45 years of experience in data analysis preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. + Strong experience with data visualization tools Tableau Power BI etc. + Proficiency in SQL Python or other data analytics tools + Good hands on expertise with MS Office 365 PPT Advanced Excel & Word Other Skills: + Strong communication and presentation skills to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. + Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively + Show a dedication to continuous learning and professional development + Must be detail oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments + Ability to work in a fast paced environment with cross-functional teams. **Certifications Required:** Certified Sales Executive (CSE) Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) **Salary and Other Compensation** **:** Applications will be accepted until April 20th, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
