Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Mail Clerk in Los Angeles, CA. This is a part-time temporary position in Los Angeles, CA. Mail Clerk jobs require candidates to have excellent communication, organization, and must have accuracy and quality of work skills in a high-volume corporate environment. Responsibilities for the Mail Clerk include but are not limited to: Mail and sample receiving: + Using established log, track carrier, recipient, sender, and tracking number + Sort and keep all incoming packages, samples, and mail well-organized. + Keep overall mail room and sample receiving area tidy and free from trash, and debris. + Check USPS mailbox daily and sort and deliver mail accordingly. Mail and sample delivery: + After receiving, distribute packages and samples accordingly. Work with CP-LABO management to understand appropriate distribution, which may change frequently. + Log and track where and to whom packages and samples are delivered. + Deliver all packages, samples, and mail within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping: + Assist LABO staff with shipping and other mail services. + Assist in preparing and sending inter-office mail. General Mailroom: + Establish supply inventory and supply reordering. + Keep mailroom well stocked with supplies. + Maintain order and cleanliness of the mailroom. + Other duties as assigned: + Assist CP-LABO staff in other ad hoc projects and tasks as assign Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Mail Clerk + High School Diploma or GED equivalent + Able to lift at least 50lbs + Able to stand for long durations of time + Good verbal communication skills + Operate copier and fax machine + Adaptability + Quality of Work + Attendance + Quantity of Work What's in this for you? + Starting Pay at **$19/hr** based on experience + Weekly Pay - you receive a paycheck every week + Generous Bonus Incentives offered for referrals!
