Advanced Healthcare Integration is a mobile healthcare provider committed to reducing hospital readmissions by delivering timely, high-quality in-home care to patients following hospital discharge. As we grow, we’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Medical Office Assistant will play a key role in managing provider schedules and coordinating timely home visits following patient discharges. This role is essential to ensuring that patients are seen within 24–48 hours of referral. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming patient referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate home visits for providers within 24–48 hours.
• Prepare charts and necessary documentation ahead of provider visits.
• Communicate efficiently with providers regarding patient appointments and updates.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely entry in the EMR system.
• Support general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience working with EMR systems (Preferred)
• 1+ year experience with taking vital signs (Preferred)
• Certified Medical Assistant credential (Preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Melbourne, FL office.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Must be available to work Tuesdays and Thursdays at minimum
