Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is currently hiring a pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our Oregon City, Oregon location . Job Type: Occupational Therapist (full-time and part time positions).
Full-time: 40 hours per week (Flexible work options are open to individuals seeking less hours).
Base Pay Rate : Full Time Salary $79,191.67 - $102,543.06 annuall y. Based on experience.
Part Time Salary: $54.81 - $76.96/per client hour . Based on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Previous experience working in pediatrics preferred. 
  • Strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
  • Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.

We combine the latest, most effective treatment and techniques to address the unique needs of each individual we serve. Our programs serve the whole person, not just one aspect of their development.We have grown to include 8 clinics throughout the state of Oregon. Seven clinics are located in the Portland metro area (Oregon City, Northeast Portland, Hillsboro, McMinnville, Wilsonville, Canby ,and Clackamas). One in Medford with our partner, Medford Children’s Therapy.
