Job Description
Our client, a prominent distributor in the Southern California region, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Receptionist (3 - 4 months assignment)
**Location:** Bell, CA
**Pay Range:** $25.00 per hour
**Shift:** 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch)
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage front desk operations and greet visitors with a friendly demeanor.
+ Screen and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
+ Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records.
+ Provide administrative support to various teams as needed.
+ Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
**What's Needed?**
+ No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
+ Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
+ A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
