Support School Trips: Take bus reservation requests, provide accurate pricing, and enter trips into our booking system.
Answer Calls & Assist Customers: Professionally handle incoming calls or route them to the right team members.
Communicate with Drivers: Use a two-way radio to check in drivers and relay messages. Help troubleshoot and keep things running smoothly.
Be a Team Resource: Work closely with our drivers daily—sharing route details, answering questions, and making sure they have what they need.
Step in When Needed: You’ll have the opportunity to earn your CDL (we provide the training!) and drive AM or PM routes if coverage is needed.
Friendly, professional communication skills—especially on the phone
Comfortable using a computer, keyboard, and printer daily
A positive, dependable work ethic and a willingness to learn
Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements (training provided)
