Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Property Accountant for a contracted opportunity with a fantastic real estate company. The ideal candidate will have experience in Yardi, along with month-end reporting experience. This role is onsite, located in Austin, TX and is a 6-week assignment. 

• Pay Rate: $90,000-95,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
• Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Calculate management fees using Excel, based on data pulled from Yardi
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as Yardi experience.
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and track deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter who can work proactively with minimal supervision
