We're looking for a skilled HR Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our organization has the right people, with the right skills, in the right place, at the right time. You'll analyze workforce trends, forecast future staffing needs, and develop strategies to address potential gaps and optimize our human capital.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data, including headcount, turnover, demographics, and skills inventories. Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.
Demand Forecasting:
Utilize various methodologies to forecast future workforce demand based on business objectives, market trends, and organizational growth plans.
Workforce Planning Initiatives:
Lead or support the development and implementation of workforce planning initiatives, including scenario planning, organizational design, and workforce optimization projects.
Collaboration & Consultation:
Partner closely with HR Business Partners, department managers, and senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into workforce plans. Provide expert advice and guidance on workforce planning best practices.
Technology Utilization:
Leverage HRIS and workforce planning software to enhance data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and forecasting models.
Policy & Procedure Development:
Contribute to the development and refinement of workforce planning policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Trend Monitoring:
3+ years of experience in HR, with a specific focus on workforce planning, HR analytics, or strategic HR.
Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAC, SAP SuccessFactors)
Experience with workforce planning software is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of labor market trends and HR best practices.
