Your Role:
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual counseling to members, contributing to a holistic and integrated care approach. You'll work alongside a dynamic team and leverage your expertise to help members achieve their goals. Requirements:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or a similar clinical license.
Must hold a valid, unrestricted New York license.
3+ years of experience providing individual counseling.
Direct experience working with children ages 5-11.
Competency in offering counseling services to a diverse range of individuals, utilizing various therapeutic approaches.
A strong passion for transforming behavioral healthcare and making a positive impact.
Availability for some early evening hours.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care virtually through one-on-one counseling sessions.
Develop personalized care plans using the innovative tools available, including goal-setting and tracking progress.
Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Document and track patient progress and clinical observations.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $90,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. This range does not include additional performance-based incentives, which directly reward clinicians for their contributions. Specific details will be provided during the hiring process.
